I’m very excited to be able to offer the endurance athletes of middle Tennessee a one stop shop for everything they need from equipment, gear, shoes and apparel to nutrition products, sport-specific race wear and our (near) legendary expertise and diagnostic services for runners and swimmers, and cyclists. Our staff, in addition to being avid endurance athletes, is trained by medical professionals  in run analysis, injury recognition, technique and many other areas so you can rest assured you are getting quality information and the right gear.
